Footage Appears to Show Charlie Kirk’s Suspected Assassin on Rooftop Moments Before Fatal Shooting

Shocking video may show the gunman who assassinated conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.

The clip, filmed from a nearby building, shows more than 3,000 attendees diving for cover as a gunshot rings out — and a dark figure seen moving across a rooftop just seconds later.

The video taken before the shooting appears to show the same figure lying flat on the roof, moments before Kirk was shot in the neck while answering a question. He collapsed on stage and was rushed away by security but was pronounced dead shortly after.

Police say the suspected shooter wore jeans, a black shirt, and a black vest, and used a long rifle from a rooftop east of the campus library. Two people were briefly detained but later released. No arrests have been made.

Kirk, 31, was the founder of Turning Point USA and known for his “Prove Me Wrong” campus debates. He leaves behind his wife, former Miss Arizona Erika Frantzve, and their two young children.
